he Egg Research Institute (Instituto de Estudios del Huevo) is a scientific organization funded to promote researches about eggs in the context of nutrition and health.

The Egg Research Institute spread all the information that consumers may need to better know a key food in daily diet and economy. To reach its aim, the Institute has the help of the Scientific Consulting Council (Consejo Asesor Científico) where meet prestigious professionals from several fields (nutrition, medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy and gastronomy among others).

Scientific contributions of the Institute are absolutely independent from trade environments.

There must not be forbidden food for members of the Council since the quality of a diet relies on the accord of its nutrients.

The final objective of the Egg Research Institute is to provide consumers with all the information about eggs.
