The proceedings to reach the objectives of the Egg Research Institute include:

  • Scientific and technologic research of eggs, egg products, topics that help to better understand it and the improvement of the egg quality.
  • The spreading of current scientific, economic and productive knowledge, as well as the promotion of the egg icon among consumers and the correct manipulation.
  • The defence of the egg icon face to poor untrue information.
